Texas Aluminum Foundry strives to be a company that customers want to do business with year after year. For over 70 years our expertise has allowed our customers to add value to their products through continuously improving molding and production methods. We have expanded from a small green sand foundry to a world class aluminum sand casting facility with over 20,000 square feet of production space. This gives us the ability to perform a wide range of services for our customers. We do the job RIGHT the first time...ON TIME.

quality assurance
It all starts with the right materials
We buy American made alloyed ingot that comes certified from the manufacturer. We also test all of our melts with our in house spectrometer to verify metal chemistry prior to pouring your castings. Our sand is tested for moisture content, compactability and grain size to make sure your casting is shipped free of defects. We also test our metal for hydrogen content and use a rotory degas process to eliminate impurities.
Quality policy
We have a documented quality program that our team lives by. Our team is trained and commited to not passing defects on to the next operation. When a issue is found, we work together to develop a corrective measure to prevent the issue from occuring again. Our goal is 100% first pass yield.
